Reformer Classes
Using specific resistance loaded on the reformer machine to increase the intensity of your workout to build strength, stability and flexibility. Semi Private Classes combine the best elements of private training and group fitness. Experience a unique opportunity to thrive with maximum motivation and emphasis on technique for a dynamic and fun workout. Target muscles you never knew existed!
Studio Classes
Mat Pilates
Strengthen the body, deep pelvic floor and core through traditional Joseph Pilates principles. Use a mix of props and resistance for an increased burn to your full body workout. Improve functional movement, tone the body, low impact options, suitable for everyone including pre/post natal, rehab or beginner members. Class intensity varies depending on member’s experience.
Bootcamp
Raise your heart rate through a series of interval timed exercises with short rest periods to improve your cardiovascular fitness and build strength. We combine elements of mat pilates, cardio and strength based exercises using a mix of props and resistance for an increased burn to your full body workout. Improve functional movement with low impact options available to suit beginner members.
Yoga
Develop your flexibility and mind body connection as SLIQ Yoga practices Yin and Japanese Yoga Therapy. This helps to lengthen muscles, de stress, calm the mind and focus on your breathing. Perfect for everyone to relax and restore.
Dance
Open dance classes to develop jazz and salsa dance technique, rhythm, musicality and coordination with exciting and stylistic choreography designed for each class. Come join the party!
Private Coaching
1:1, 2:1 or 3:1 Private Coaching for 60 minutes of instruction to suit personal goals with a program tailored to your needs. Inclusive of reformer pilates, personal training and dance. Enquire today or schedule an appointment.
COVID Safety
Please ensure you enter 5-10 minutes before your class, bring a sweat towel, water bottle and appropriate footwear / grip socks.
If you are feeling unwell please cancel your class via the booking system in advance, stay at home and get a COVID test if necessary.
