what do i bring to class?

Please bring a water bottle, sweat towel and appropriate footwear

Pilates – Grip socks 

Dance – Jazz/Ballet shoes

HIIT / Functional exercise – Optional trainers / grip socks

 

Do I need to complete any forms before my first class?

You will complete the forms upon sign up and registering to the link

Arriving to class

Please arrive 5-10 minutes before every class. For your initial class allow yourself time before the lesson to meet the instructor and have a brief studio tour to learn about SLIQ facilities and the reformer.

do i need a certain level of experience to join?

Classes range from beginner level at a slower pace to higher intensity. Please don’t hesitate to email/ call should you need to discuss with SLIQ prior to booking for your best participation and enjoyment.
