Reformer Classes

Using specific resistance loaded on the reformer machine to increase the intensity of your workout to build strength, stability and flexibility. Semi Private Classes combine the best elements of private training and group fitness. Studio Classes

Mat Pilates

Strengthen the body, deep pelvic floor and core through traditional Joseph Pilates principles. Enjoy a mix of props / resistance for an increased burn to your full body workout. Improve functional movement, tone the body, low impact options, suitable for everyone including pre/post natal, rehab or beginner.

Power Pilates

Strengthen the body, deep pelvic floor and core through traditional Joseph Pilates principles combined with cardio / high intensity intervals. Enjoy a mix of props / resistance for an increased burn to your full body workout. Improve functional movement, tone the body, low impact options, suitable for everyone including pre/post natal, rehab or beginner.

Bootcamp

Strengthen the body, tone & sculpt, activate deep core muscles through an interval style training circuit combining elements of mat pilates, cardio and strength based exercises. Enjoy a mix of props / resistance for an increased burn to your full body workout. Improve functional movement with low impact options available to suit everyone including pre/post natal, rehab or beginner.

Yoga

Develop strength, flexibility and a mindful connection between the mind and body as SLIQ Yoga blends Yin and Japanese Yoga Therapy practises. Yoga helps to lengthen muscles, de stress, centre the mind and move the body with connection to breath. Perfect for everyone of all ages and ability, inclusive of pre/post natal and great for injury prevention / rehabilitation.

Dance

Open dance classes for a mix of abilities to develop technique, rhythm, musicality and coordination with exciting and stylistic choreography designed for each class. Come join the party!

Private Coaching

1:1 or 2:1 Private Coaching - One to one or two to one Private Coaching for 60 minutes of instruction to suit personal goals with a program indivudally tailored to your needs. Inclusive of Pilates reformer, personal training, dance coaching and choreography specially designed for you / specific event.
